Returns & Refunds Policy

SECTION 1 – Digital Products

All Kidlea products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Because these are non-physical files, we generally don’t accept returns once a file has been downloaded.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience a problem with your file (such as a corrupted link, missing pages, or technical issues), please contact us via our Contact Us page, and we’ll happily resolve it by sending you a fresh file.


SECTION 2 – Refunds

We want you to love your Kidlea purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be granted if:

  • The product file is faulty or inaccessible.

  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

  • You contacted us within 14 days of your order.

Refunds will not be offered if:

  • You simply changed your mind after downloading the product.

  • You no longer have a use for the product.

  • You found a similar item elsewhere at a lower price.

All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
